We deliver exclusively according to the: General Terms and Conditions of Delivery for Products and Services of the Electrical Industry (“Green Terms and Conditions of Delivery” – GL) for use in business transactions with businesses (recommended conditions of the ZVEI – Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V. (German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association)) in the latest version on the date of order confirmation or invoicing.
Foreign terms and conditions of purchase are not accepted as a principle.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, the purchase is also made according to these “green” delivery conditions.

The “green” terms of delivery were developed for suppliers and customers likewise and represent a neutral and fair balance of interests. They are subject to continuous updating and adaptation to current case law by the ZVEI e.V. trade association.

Offers from BREMER Transformatoren GmbH are always made without obligation.
Until an order confirmation or the goods have been sent, we reserve the right to withdraw from the offer without giving reasons.

Offer validity: maximum 3 months. If required, please ask us to update older offers.

Terms of delivery: ex works, unpacked (Incoterms 2020:exw).

Terms of payment: 8 days ./. 2% discount, 30 days net after delivery or notification of readiness for dispatch, independent of customer inspections or customer acceptance.

With new customers we always agree on an appropriate deposit or payment in advance.
